When water won't stop.

Burst pipes, sewage backups, and flooding. We respond as fast as we can across Cobb County and we treat your emergency like it's our own.

When it can't wait.

A plumbing emergency doesn't wait for business hours. A burst pipe can dump hundreds of gallons of water into your home in minutes. A sewage backup is a health hazard. Landrum Plumbing has been handling plumbing emergencies across Marietta, Smyrna, Kennesaw, and the rest of Cobb County for over 40 years.

When you call, we get to you as fast as we can. We answer the phone, we tell you what to do while you wait, and we get the water off and the damage stopped.

The first ten minutes of a plumbing emergency matter the most. Shut off the water. Then call.

What we handle.

These are the calls we treat as urgent every time:

01
Burst or ruptured pipes causing active flooding.
02
Sewage backups in toilets, drains, or basements.
03
Frozen pipes in danger of bursting.
04
Complete loss of water to the home.
05
Gas line concerns connected to plumbing fixtures.
06
Water heater failure flooding a utility area.

What we do when we arrive.

.

Stop the damage first

We identify and shut off the source to stop water flow and limit damage to your home.

Diagnose quickly

We assess the full scope of the problem. Not just the obvious symptom.

Make the repair

We carry common emergency parts on our trucks. Most burst pipe repairs happen on the spot.

Honest pricing, always

You get a written estimate before work starts. Even in an emergency, you get a written estimate. No surprises on the invoice.

If you have an emergency right now.

.
Step01

Shut off the water main

Locate your main shutoff valve. It is usually near the water meter or where the line enters the house. Turn it clockwise to close.

Step02

Call 770-439-0919

Tell us what's happening. We'll tell you what to do while you wait and dispatch a plumber as fast as we can.

Step03

Turn off your water heater

If water is off at the main, turn off your water heater so the tank doesn't run dry and damage itself.

Step04

Document for insurance

Take photos and video of all visible damage before cleanup begins. Essential for homeowner insurance claims.

Common questions.

.
How fast can you get to me?
Response time depends on current call volume and your location within Cobb County. We give you an honest ETA when you call and keep you posted if anything changes.
Where is my water main shutoff?
In most Cobb County homes it's near the water meter (at the curb or front of property), or inside the house where the main line enters. Usually in a utility room, garage, basement, or crawl space. Turn it clockwise to shut off.
Is there an extra charge for after-hours emergency work?
We're upfront about pricing before any work begins. Emergency service fees can vary. We explain all costs clearly before we start so there are no surprises on your invoice.
What counts as a plumbing emergency?
Any situation where water is actively damaging your property, where you have no water at all, or where sewage is backing up into your home. Burst pipes, major leaks, sewage backups, frozen pipes in danger of bursting, and water heaters flooding utility rooms.
