Landrum Plumbing is a licensed plumbing company serving Cobb County, Georgia. We provide residential and commercial plumbing services including water heater repair and installation, drain cleaning, leak detection, pipe repair and replacement, emergency plumbing, and commercial plumbing.

Estimates and pricing.

• We provide free written estimates for all jobs before work begins.
• The estimate is the price you pay, unless the scope of work changes and you approve a change in writing.
• If we discover additional work needed during a job, we'll stop and discuss it with you before continuing.
• Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Scheduling and cancellation.

We do our best to arrive at the scheduled time. If anything changes, we'll notify you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible so we can help other customers.

Workmanship warranty.

We stand behind our work. If something we repaired or installed fails due to our workmanship, we'll return and make it right at no additional cost. Specific warranty terms vary by job type and will be discussed when we provide your estimate.

This warranty doesn't cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear.
• Work performed by anyone other than Landrum Plumbing.
• Pre-existing conditions in the home not disclosed at the time of service.
• Manufacturer defects (these are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which we'll help you navigate).

Customer responsibilities.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the work you need.
• Give us safe access to the work site.
• Disclose any known issues with your plumbing or property.
• Pay for completed work according to the agreed terms.

Limitation of liability.

We carry general liability insurance and workers compensation. Our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific job in question. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
